Manpreet is a Counselor, Special Educator, and Montessori-trained early childhood educator with extensive experience in inclusive and progressive education. She served at one of Chandigarh’s most prestigious institutions, Vivek High School, for 15 years, where she held the role of Junior Wing Coordinator while also working as a Special Educator.

Prior to this, she founded and successfully ran her own learning centre, Disha, and collaborated with several NGOs. She also established Setu Inpa, a learning centre developed in partnership with the Portage Society of India.

Currently, Manpreet works as a freelance educational consultant and teacher trainer, supporting schools, educators, and families in adopting child-centered and inclusive approaches to learning. She is honoured to be a member of CCF and remains deeply committed to its vision of enabling Chandigarh to evolve into a model ‘smart city’ that nurtures the holistic growth and development of its citizens.
