Major General Neeraj Bali, Sena Medal (Retd), is an Indian Army veteran, corporate strategist, TEDx speaker, and bestselling author of The Winning Culture: Lessons from the Indian Army to Transform Your Business. He was awarded the Sena Medal for his leadership in counterterrorism operations in Jammu & Kashmir and has held significant operational and strategic positions across India’s borders. Notably, he led the Indian contingent during the first Indo-US strategic-level military exercise in Hawaii and served as a Security Advisor to the Government of Lesotho in Southern Africa.

After his military career, Maj Gen Bali transitioned to corporate leadership roles, serving as CEO of a leading infrastructure PMC company and as CEO of an education society overseeing 92 institutions with over 42,000 students. He has been Senior Advisor of a large manufacturing company, and is a faculty member of the School of Inspirational Leadership, Pune and the Institute for Competitive Intelligence, Germany. He is a qualified Independent Director, life coach and leadership coach.
