Fiona Guerra has been Director of Alliance Française Chandigarh since October 2025. Her career has taken her across France, Cambodia, South America, Morocco, and India, working at the crossroads of culture, project management, and institutional leadership. She previously co-directed a pluridisciplinary art venue focused on experimental and alternative arts in Bourges, France, and ran a contemporary art centre in French Guiana. She now brings this experience to the cultural, pedagogical, and institutional development of the Alliance Française Chandigarh. In 2026, she launched an initiative exploring the dialogue between arts, architecture, and society, The City Narratives, in Chandigarh.
