Dr. Ashish Gulia

Dr. (Prof.) Ashish Gulia is a senior orthopaedic oncologist and academic leader from India, engaged in advancing musculoskeletal oncology through clinical practice, education, and collaboration. He serves as a Board Member of the International Society of Limb Salvage (ISOLS), President of the Indian Musculoskeletal Oncology Society (IMSOS), and as a Board Member and Country Representative of the Asia Pacific Musculoskeletal Oncology Society (APMSTS).

He is Director of the Homi Bhabha Cancer Hospital & Research Centre, Punjab a unit of the Tata Memorial Centre, India & contributes to state and national level committees involved in cancer policy formulation.

His professional focus is on bringing global-standard oncology care to patients’ doorsteps, ensuring equal access irrespective of economic status, and on reducing the cost of cancer care in India and other developing countries through system strengthening, collaboration, and evidence-based practice.
