

Project SAATHI was implemented in five Government Model Senior Secondary Schools (Sectors 16, 18, 10, 33 , 38W) to promote students mental and emotional well-being through yoga, mindfulness and life skills activities.
Around 250–300 students participated in the initial phase. Feedback was collected through interactions and teacher observations.
As an initiative to enhance the happiness index of students GMSSS took a meaningful step forward by organizing a Wellness Assembly in the school. It marked a wonderful and refreshing start to the day, bringing together students and staff in a joyful environment.
The assembly was filled with positivity, laughter, and active participation from everyone. The cheerful atmosphere reflected the success of the initiative as students appeared happy, energetic, and more connected.
Such efforts play a vital role in promoting emotional well-being and creating a positive school culture.
