Ar. Sapna  is an architect and sustainability professional with over 37 years of experience in architecture, planning and public infrastructure. She served as Chief Architect, Punjab, for over 12 years and spent nearly three decades with PWD Punjab before retiring from the State Government in 2025. From 2019 to 2022, she served as Vice President of the Council of Architecture, India, becoming the first and only woman to have ever held the position of Vice President since the Council’s inception under the Architects Act, 1972. She is an IGBC, GRIHA certified professional and LEED AP BD+C, and founder of SAAR – Soul of Sustainable Spaces.
