I am a former Vice Chancellor of State University of performing and visual arts, Rohtak Haryana. I am also the former Chief Architect of the state of Haryana. Prior to that I have worked in Chd Administration for more than fifteen years in various capacities. I acted as Chairman of plan Advisory Committee, an apex body responsible for sanctioning of all building plans in Chandigarh. I also was the member secretary of the first building bye laws amendment committee. As such I am fully conversant with development controls and Urban Planning principles of modern Urban development.I would like to be a member of both focus groups of ‘Sustainable Urban Development’ and ‘Urban Planning, Design and Architecture’, having the experience of more than forty years in this field. I have an interest in the field of Performing and visual arts also, having worked as Vice Chancellor of a University dedicated to these arts and movement of traffic in modern cities.
