Harman Singh Sidhu is founder and President of ArriveSAFE, a registered NGO that has been spearheading a crusade for road safety and sustainable transportation for over a decade. The organisation and its’ passionate work towards road safety resulted as a direct fall out of road accident in Oct. 1996.
He has traveled to more than 10 countries after his injury and is working in close coordination with World Health Organization, United Nations and World Bank etc and has worked in two documentaries for BBC. Sidhu has won many prestigious International and National awards like Prince Michael International Road Safety Award in 2018, Volvo Sustainable Mobility Award by Swedish Embassy in 2013 and 2015 and State Award by Chandigarh Administration etc.
He is a member of the Indian Road Congress (Committees of Road Safety & Design, Transport Planning and Traffic Engineering), MoRTH, GoI, Global Alliance of NGOs for Road Safety, Chandigarh State Road Safety Council and Punjab State Road Safety Council.
