Abhishek Sharma is a theatre professional and alumnus of the Department of Indian Theatre, Panjab University (Batch of 2011), with over 18 years of experience in Chandigarh as an actor, director, and light designer, working with various theatre groups. He is a recipient of the Kala Pratibha Puruskar from Chandigarh Sangeet Natak Akademi.

He serves as a member of the Regional Advisory Committee at the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India), an advisory member at the Central Board of Film Certification, and is currently the Director of Tagore Theatre Chandigarh.
