Anmol Rattan Singh is the Co-founder and Policy Lead of PANJ Foundation, a sub-national public policy think tank in Punjab. He is a PhD Research Scholar in Public Administration at Panjab University, where his research engages with public value creation, institutional performance, and decentralized policy ecosystems. He has served as an Assistant Professor of Public Administration at Sri Guru Gobind Singh College, Chandigarh, and was a Young Scholar at the Mont Pèlerin Society General Meeting 2024.
He has worked on legislative research, assisted Members of Parliament, and led applied policy engagements across infrastructure, labour, agriculture, and governance. His commentary and research have been published in leading national and regional dailies, contributing consistently to India’s and Punjab’s public policy discourse.
