Job Descriptions

1.  Programs Manager

Reports to: Director, CCF
Full Time
Proposed Salary: As appropriate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute CCF’s events, outreach programs, and public initiatives.
  • Liaise with Focus Groups, civic agencies, partner organizations, and volunteers.
  • Develop annual event calendars, concept notes, budgets, and activity reports.
  • Oversee program logistics and ensure smooth on-ground implementation.
  • Supervise Programs Executive and coordinate with Media, IT, and Administration teams.
  • Maintain data and monitor impact metrics for each initiative.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate with other relevant qualifications.
  • Minimum 5–7 years’ experience in programme or event management in NGO / CSR / civic sectors.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, interpersonal and computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace). .
2.  Programs Executive

Reports to: Programs Manager
Full Time
Proposed Salary: As Appropriate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide logistical and administrative support for events and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with vendors, volunteers, and participants.
  • Assist in data collection, report preparation, and maintaining documentation.
  • Support event promotions and follow-up communications.
  • Maintain databases and photo/video archives of events.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate
  • 2–4 years’ relevant experience in event coordination or NGO project support.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Good writing, communication, and computer skills (MS Office / Google Workspace).
3.  IT Manager

Reports to: Director / Executive Committee
Full Time
Proposed Salary : As Appropriate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all IT systems, digital platforms, and data security for the Foundation.
  • Oversee website design, updates, and maintenance (CMS such as WordPress).
  • Support online events, webinars, and hybrid meeting setups.
  • Develop and maintain membership, event registration, and volunteer databases.
  • Coordinate with Media team for digital campaigns and online visibility.
  • Ensure regular system backups and technical troubleshooting.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • B.Tech / MCA / equivalent qualification in Computer Science or IT.
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience, preferably with NGOs ,Startups or academic institutions.
  • Familiarity with social media analytics, website CMS, and cloud-based tools.
4.  IT Executive

Reports to: IT Manager
Full time
Proposed Salary: As Appropriate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily technical and operational support for all CCF digital activities.
  • Assist in website updates, email campaigns, and social media scheduling.
  • Support audio-visual setups during events and online sessions.
  • Manage backups, data entry, and documentation of IT assets.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of systems and connectivity issues.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Diploma / Graduate in Computer Applications or IT.
  • 1–2 years’ relevant experience in IT or digital operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and social media tools.

5.  Media & Content Executive

Reports to: Programmes Manager / Director
Part Time
Proposed Salary: As Appropriate

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture high-quality photos and videos of CCF events and initiatives.
  • Develop short event videos, reels, and social media content.
  • Maintain CCF’s digital media library and event archives.
  • Support content creation for newsletters, social media, and press releases.
  • Coordinate with IT and Programmes teams to ensure timely coverage of activities.
  • Engage with local media and assist in basic media outreach.
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Graduate in Mass Communication, Media Studies, or Fine Arts.
  • 2–4 years of experience in photography, videography, or digital content creation.
  • Skilled in video editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut).
  • Strong creative and storytelling ability with attention to detail.
