Col Deepak De <\/u><\/span><\/span><\/h2><\/header>

A decorated soldier, an alumni of Indian Military Academy( IMA), Dehradun, served for 28 years in the Indian Army ( Infantry) in various Administrative, Staff & Operational appointments. Actively participated in \u201eKargil Conflict\u201f, served in J & K during peak militancy (1991 to 1994), Line of Control along Pakistan, LAC along China, and led successful surgical operations along Manipur \u2013 Mayanmar. Commanded a Battalion consisting of 1500 troops and 25 Army Officers in Manipur for more than three years. Was Head Admn & Training in Army Training Command \u2013 Shimla and Director (Budget) in South Block, New Delhi. Has been to Ukraine, Belarus, Moscow on diplomatic delegation visits.<\/p>\n

  2. Chief of Army Staff Commendation Card \u2013 Twice.<\/li>\n
  3. Army Commander\u201fs Commendation Cards \u2013 Thrice.<\/li>\n
  4. As a Commanding Officer received the covetous award \u201eUnit Citation\u201f for successfully commanding a Unit in highly active insurgency area and bringing back near normalcy along Manipur \u2013 Mayanmar border.<\/li>\n
  5. Corporate Innings: In his second innings, was with Aditya Birla Group for a decade plus, heading CSR\/HR\/Admn.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
