Shri Samant Goel, IPS<\/u><\/span><\/span><\/h2><\/header>

Samant Goel, IPS (1984 Batch, Punjab Cadre), served as the Secretary of the Research and Analysis Wing (R&AW), India\u2019s external intelligence agency, from June 2019 to June 2023. Over the course of his distinguished career, he has held key positions in both the State of Punjab and the Government of India, with significant contributions to national security, law enforcement, and intelligence.<\/p>\n

Mr. Goel played a pivotal role in several high-profile intelligence and counter-terrorism operations, earning widespread recognition for his service. He has been the recipient of multiple awards and honors for his outstanding contributions from Govt of India.<\/p>\n

He holds a Bachelor\u2019s degree in Commerce and Law from Panjab University, Chandigarh.<\/p>\n
